Even though it contributes minimally in greenhouse gas generation compared to most countries, it is located at the typhoon belt in the Pacific that results in tremendous loss of life, damage to property and economic dislocation.<br /> <br /> That is why a coordinated and comprehensive plan must be developed and crafted and continuously updated in order to address the challenges posed by Climate Change and Natural Disasters.<br /> <br /> A “Roadmap” was submitted by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to President Rodrigo R. Duterte.
